In old barriques coming from countrysides of France, wherein the air there are hints of cut grass, wheat fields, fresh river waters, wood and picturesque rustic sunsets. In these barrels Borgo del Balsamico prepares must to let it transform steadily in a traditional balsamic vinegar.

House of vinegar has antique amphoras provenient from noble families of Reggio Emilia and Modena.

Barrels hidden in the dark of antique dinettes (of 1700-800's), contain these precious liquids.

Yellow Label

Best for everyday use. The fresh and pungent taste makes is fit perfectly for salads and marinating.

Orange Label

Best for short cooking, such as roasting meats, fish, but also for fresh salads. The balanced taste makes it perfect for most dishes.
